Personal File
The institute maintains a personal file for each student, making each student’s records easily accessible and simple. This includes academic records, achievements, fees, and personal details as well as co-curricular activities (CCA) progress.
Identity Card
An Identity card bearing a passport-size photograph, transport facility, and address of the student will remain in his / her custody at all times.
Leave Rule
- Absence without leave is taken seriously. In case of absence for seven consecutive days, the names of the absentee will be struck off. However, after paying all dues and re-admission fees (after the principal’s direction) s/he can be re-admitted.
- A letter for leave should be sent by the parents and a note can also be made in the diary. All students are expected to attend classes only on the opening day after each holiday and the closing day before each holiday.
- After suffering from an infectious disease, a student will have to produce a fitness certificate from a registered doctor.
Scheme of Examination
The school follows the newly amended pattern of studies and examination system by CBSE. Called CCE.
As per the new examination pattern, a student’s performance is to be evaluated on the basis of periodic tests, academic and co-educational performance, notebook preparation and half-yearly and annual examination with individual trials assessment.
Promotion to Higher Class
- Every Student is required to get a qualified grade of D or above in all the subjects excluding the 6th additional subject as per the scheme of study for the purpose of promotion to the next class.
- A student getting El or E2 in a scholastic area in one or more subject will have to improve his/her performance in one subsequent attempt to obtain qualify Grade D in these subjects.
- If a student fails to obtain a qualifying Grade D in one or more subjects, even after adding grade points from co-scholastic areas and after availing one improvement change, he/ she will be required to repeat to same during the next academic year.
- It is mandatory to appear in both summative assessments during the academic year.
House System
Inter - House Competitions are held from time to time to inculcate the qualities of leadership, healthy competition and team spirit in the students. The House is named after great leaders.
Instructions for the Payment of Fee
- The last date for submission of the school fee is the 10th of every month.
- A late fine of Rs 20/- will be charged against the late tuition fee for each month.
- The name of the defaulter will be red-marked in the attendance register after non-payment of the fee for two months without any further intimation to the concerned, and a warning will be issued.
- Re-admission may be accepted upon payment of the admission fee with the permission of the Director / Principal.
- Advance fee on a quarterly/half-yearly/yearly basis is also accepted.
- Fee timing will be 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at our school.
Guidelines For Students
- Students should arrive at the school at least 5 minutes before the bell rings.
- Any damage to school property caused by a student will be borne by the parents of the student.
- Students should maintain regular attendance in their classes.
- Students must carry their school identity cards during school hours on all working days.
- Students are not allowed to leave the school during working hours unless they submit written permission or a request from their parents.
- No student is allowed to enter the classroom without a school uniform. Students must always come in proper school uniforms.
- Applications for leave should be submitted a day in advance and must be countersigned by the parents.
- Students using the school bus must strictly follow the rules of school transport.
- All students should have their school diaries, textbooks, notebooks, and necessary stationery.
- Students must be clean, neat, and tidy at all times.
- Students are advised not to bring valuable articles to the school. The school will not be responsible for any such loss.
- The school reserves the right to take stern action, including striking off the names of students from the school rolls, for misconduct.
- Bicycles must be locked properly, and students are not allowed to ride them on the school campus.
Guidelines For Parents
- Ensure that your ward has all textbooks, stationery, craft materials, etc., from the beginning of the session.
- Make sure all books and notebooks are covered with protective paper.
- Ensure your child comes to school in proper uniform with polished shoes.
- Use the school diary as a means of communication with the class teacher and check it regularly for homework and teacher comments, if any.
- Sign the test copy or paper when sent home.
- Send your child to school regularly and punctually. Absences will not be permitted without a leave application.
- Both parents must attend the Parent-Teacher Meetings.
- Inform the school promptly in case of a change of address, telephone number, or other contact details.
- Do not send your child to school in case of an infectious disease.
- Provide a medical certificate from a recognized medical authority when your child rejoins the school after an illness.
- Do not walk into classrooms to meet teachers or interview any teacher without the permission of the Director/Principal.
- Do not visit teachers at their residences.
- Do not send money or valuable articles with students. The school will not take responsibility for lost items.
- It is compulsory for your ward to appear in all monthly Formative Assessments. If absent, a special test will be organized with a fine of Rs. 100/- in emergency situations, as approved by the Principal.
- Cooperate with the school guidelines.
Library Rules
- Silence must be maintained in the library and reading room. Proper care should be taken of the books issued, and they must be returned on the due date. Late returns will incur a fee of Rs 50 per day.
- Underlining, cutting, or erasing books in the library is strictly prohibited.
- Reference books, current magazines, periodicals, and books placed on the open shelves are to be read in the reading room only. They are not meant to be issued.
- If a borrowed book is lost, twice the printed price of the book will be charged to the borrower.
